Legal general terms and conditions under which we sell the products listed on our website. Our Terms and Conditions can be subject to change at any time. please check them before you making any purchase. As we strive to comply with international distance selling and e-commerce guidelines at all times, we ask you to contact us if you have any concerns.
Order
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have entered into a contract with us for the purchase of these products at the prices stated at the time of your order. It must be paid in advance including transport costs.
Please note that neither completing the online purchasing process nor our email confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order. We will only accept your order upon delivery to you, provided full payment has been received. You can check the orders you have placed and their current status at any time by your account or by asking us per E-Mail.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver the products you have ordered, we will notify/inform you, this may be because a product is out of stock or anything els. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
All risk in relation to the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. If the delivery of your products is delayed or prevented due to reasons beyond our control, if this is the case, we will make every effort in our hands to ensure delivery to you, we will also keep you updated , but will not be liable to you for any such delay or failure.
Payment
When placing your order, you will be asked to select a payment method for your goods on our website, such as bank transfer.
The prices are net prices and exclude tax; we are currently not legally authorized to collect tax.
After receiving your order, you will be asked to pay the invoice amount, or by providing your personal data and payment information, you authorize us to pass this information on to relevant third parties such as payment processing providers / banks or delivery companies. When ordering, the fields must be filled out carefully (including providing a valid telephone number and email address). We will send you an order confirmation by email, detailing your order and shipping costs (if applicable), which will be added to the purchase price.
Delivery
Usually we deliver one day later after receiving the payment, but 3 to 5 working days are provided as standard after receiving the payment. These conditions are only apply for delivery in the United Arab Emirates, Delivery outside the Arab Emirates will be shipped in accordance with the International Import Export / Incoterms clause Guidelines.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, Please write us withhin 24 hour per Mail, Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of these periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds proc.
